Refund policy

Every item is personalised to your order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to personalised goods.

We send a digital proof before printing personalised photo items. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully, as we print exactly what you approve.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel free of charge until production has started.
